Victoria Haus is a fourplex designed by Longpre Architecture in partnership with a local developer, exploring how missing middle housing can feel refined, private, and deeply residential.

The project blends the familiar language of the Vancouver Special with the warmth of a Bavarian farmhouse and the texture of English manor inspired brickwork. A strong central gable anchors the building, creating a quiet architectural presence while the surrounding brick forms peel away to add depth, privacy, and a sense of discovery.

Each home is designed with integrated rooftop patios that feel like a natural extension of daily life, offering private outdoor space within the density of the city. The result is an urban sanctuary that balances community, retreat, livability, and long term value.
