Longpre Architecture is a studio built on standards, not comfort.
Founded in 2022 in Vancouver, the practice exists to produce architecture with clarity, discipline, and conviction. We are not interested in slogans, busywork, or padded roles. We are interested in people who take responsibility seriously and want to work on real projects, with real consequences, from day one.

This is not a training ground for spectators. It is a working studio for people who want to carry weight early, think clearly under pressure, and be judged by the quality of what they deliver. Each title carries defined expectations, real responsibility, and measurable standards. You will always know where you stand, what is required of you, and what the next level demands.

CLEAR MIND, STRONG BODY
Architecture is a high responsibility, high pressure profession. You cannot perform at a high level without taking care of your mental and physical health first. We take that seriously.

At Longpre Architecture, wellbeing is not an abstract value. It is supported structurally. We include a Health Spending Account and wellness support as part of compensation, intended for physical training, recovery, mental health, and whatever helps you stay sharp and resilient. Gym memberships, therapy, physiotherapy, sport, movement, and recovery are all valid uses. Taking care of yourself is part of doing your job well here.

We encourage discipline outside of work as much as inside it. If you train, move, reset your mind, or step away briefly to come back focused, that is understood and respected when your responsibilities are carried. This is a place for adults who manage their energy deliberately, not people who grind themselves into exhaustion.
